Good Friday evening to you all! I’m going to be transparent and let you know I don’t feel as if I’m firing on all cylinders this week, but that is not going to stop me from finishing my blog on time. I dislike projecting anything that seems less than positive if I can at all help it, but last weekend I was challenged with swollen gums that ended up affecting the entire right side of my face by Monday morning, and I’ve been on amoxicillin since… Seeing an oral surgeon on Monday (can hardly wait! 🤣) and I’ll know more after that, but – until then – I feel like my brain is swimming in a bit of an “antibiotic fog.”
Probably lots I should be writing about, but I’ll just leave it at the fact I am grateful I have been practicing ‘gratitudes’ for several weeks now, because although I certainly don’t look forward to visiting an oral surgeon, I am certainly GRATEFUL they exist, and I am also very grateful for current meds available (antibiotics, anesthesia, etc.) to help ease / avoid the pain of everyday maladies we face from time to time.
I leave this brief blog by sending everyone who reads it blessings of good health, strong relationships, and the ability to see positive in every situation… “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
